This notice explains, in plain English, what information DragonBridge collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
Who we are
DragonBridge ("we", "us") provides AI setup and productivity services to small businesses in Wales and across the United Kingdom. For enquiries you make through this site, we are the data controller. When we deliver services to a client, we may act as a data processor on that client's behalf, handling their data only on their instructions.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our services:
- Enquiry details. When you contact us through the form or by email we collect your name, business name, email, phone number (if you give it), your message, and your preferred way to be contacted.
- Payment details. If you buy the Opportunity Audit, any payment is handled securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server information such as approximate location and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your enquiry details to reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to provide our services. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and the performance of a contract once you become a client. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may set essential cookies needed to keep the site secure and available.
Third parties we rely on
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website.
- Where we use a payment provider or scheduling tool, each has its own privacy policy describing how it handles your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where relevant, for our ordinary business records. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make a request, email enquiries@dragonbridge.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
